To make the filling heat some oil in a pan. Saute the onions first and then add all the other vegetables. Then add salt, soy sauce, and chaat masala. Also add ajinomoto, chilli flakes and oregano.

Now let the filling cool. Knead the dough with water. Oil it a little and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

Take a small portion of the dough, roll it a little. Place the stuffing in between and the fold the dough. Again roll the dough to make a complete paratha.

Use oil or butter to cook the paratha. Serve it with chutney or curd.
