First off all boil and mash the potatoes and keep it aside

Now heat oil and add butter when butter melts add crushed garlic cloves followed by salt, red chilli flakes, garlic powder and chicken powder

Fry few minutes now add half cup Sooji mix and add 1/4 glass of water

Cook 2 mins till sooji gets cooked close the stove and let it cool

Now add cooked sooji mixture to potatoes add haradhania

Now add cornflour and flour to the mixture and knead it well if you feel the dough sticky you can add little more flour or corn flour.

Divide the mixture into two halves roll out and cut into rings with the help of big and small cutter.

Make all rings like this and freeze at least one hour before frying

Heat oil deep fry the rings make sure oil is very hot fry rings till golden brown serve with ketchup and enjoy
