I wanted something tasty to go with my hot roasted chicken with crispy seasoned chicken skin,so I thought that my homemade chips would be even tastier if I deep fried them in a combination of Cooking Oil and all the chicken juices - from roasting the chicken in the Skillet within the oven.Have never made these kind of deep fried chips before,I tested a tiny cube of bread in the Fat mixture first - made bread cube very tasty.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gpeeled Baking Potatoes
  2. Roast Chicken Portions,Legs,Chick.Breast,an Skin
  3. Extra Veg.Oil,or Sunflower Oil
  4. Chicken Fat Juices from whole of roasted chicken
  5. Maybe some Tomato Ketchup on the side of the Plate

Steps

    Might take 5 minutes too peel the potatoes,wash them and then too chip them too about the same size - put a dice of white sliced bread into the Fat Liquid mix within a large - deepish Frying Pan,might give proof that the raw chips can now go into the fat mix (Cooking Oil an Chick. Juices).

    Deep fry the chips for 10 minutes,then use a rounded slotted flat Spoon too get the chips onto the plate,add the 2 chicken Legs and 2 chicken Wings,1 Breast of chicken and the whole of the crispy seasoned chicken Skin.

For a 1Kg of chips will need to add a generous amount of more Vegetable Oil too the Skillet after roasting the raw whole chicken,could just have chips on their own,but might as well have the 2 cooked chicken wings and 2 chicken drum sticks - not much chicken meat too eat off of these bones.
