1capsicum
1onion

As per taste chilli flakes

1 tspSoya sauce
2 tspCorn flour
As per taste salt

Peel the potatoes and cut it into the shape of fingers.

Wash it nicely

Heat a oil in a pan.

Take potato fingers in a bowl add 2 tsp cornflour.

Pinch of salt, chilli flakes, chilli powder mix well.

Now fry them.

Take another pan put some oil add chopped onions, chopped capsicum and garlic.

Now add salt (taste wise), 2 tsp tomato ketchup,1 tsp soya sauce, chilli flakes.

And oreganos mix well.

Now shallow fry till 5 minutes now add fried potato fingers, mix well.

At last when you serve add 1 tsp honey.
