Easy Homemade Mediterranean Tzatziki Dip

Tzatziki is a creamy yoghurt Dip with fresh cucumber inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Usually in Southern east, they use the English cucumber ( Green one) as it has No seeds. But currently in Lockdown it's not easily available so I used normal white cucumber. They use the Greek Yoghurt which is very thick and creamy itself. We can use hung Curd which also gives similar texture. It can be served with Falafal or Any Chips , or Also can be assembled with small cut veggies like Baked potato, Baby carrot, Baby tomato or even Baby corn. It's High protein Yoghurt Dip. Please do try and let me know.
