Sabudana Tikki with chatpata twist

Take soaked sabudana and frankie potato filling in a bowl. add dry mango powder, chopped green chilli (if required), few Coriander leaves. You can adjust salt acc to the taste. For potato filling, please see my Veg Frankie Recipe

Mix it well to make it like dough. Apply oil on your palms. Take small portion of dough and make tikki balls with your hands. flatten it a bit.

I have cooked them in air fryer @ 200°© for 15 minutes. You can deep fry or shallow fry them.

Serve it with fresh mint coriander chutney.
