Steps

Take a pan and heat the clarified butter in it.

Pour all the semolina in it and fry it till golden brown.

Pour the almond paste and fry it a little more.

Pour in the sugar and fry for 2-3 mins more.

Pour in the milk and cook till it becomes thick in consistency.

Spread the mixture in a ghee coated plate after getting cooked and let cool down.

Cut it in the shape of burfi and garnish it with cashew nuts.
