Firstly we wash raw mangoes, Peelthe skin of it.

Now grade mangoes.

Grade mango into a pan and add sugar in low flame.

Simer chutney until water became half.

Further add salt, black pepper and fennel seeds mix it. Switch off gas.

Keep it cool. After cool chutney little thick consistent. Ready chutney store in air tight container.

Ready chutney serve with chapati or paratha.
