This is a popular snack to munch on any time and can have in breakfast also.
Steps

Take a bowl and add besan and all above-mentioned spices. Finely chop garlic and add to besan, add little water at time and mix it with whisker to avoid lumps. Add chopped coriander leaves.

Peel and mash boiled potatoes, add salt and other spices as required.

Take one bread slice and apply green chutney on that and then a layer of potatoes and keep another slice on that, similarly make all bread slices like this. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, dip one bread slice in besan and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.

Cut in the centre and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
