Take a pan and boil the pasta.Take another pan and add butter add maida and stir it for a minute then add the milk to it add black pepper, salt and oregano and cook the sauce till it gets thick.

Take butter in another pan and add the vegetables and saute it for a minute. Add the pasta in the vegetables then add the white sauce prepared in it mix it well.Add cheese on top and serve.
