Take a pan add chopped onion fry until light brown

Now take it out and grand it with yoghurt

In the same pan add all spices fry until oil left

Add yoghurt onion paste in it cook well until oil left add ginger garlic paste

Now take a chopper add beef qeema in it add 1 chopped onion green chilli coriander chopped kalli mirch darr cheni zeera and badi ilachi in it add 1 chutki salt 1 chutki red powder for taste in beef balls grand it

Rest it in a fridge half an hour

After half an hour take out and make small qeema balls and add in a same pan

Now cook until oil left when

Dont use spoon mix the pan with handkercheif

Your tasty yoghurt kofte ready to serve
