Leafy Spinach twister

Take the spinach leave put them in to the blender and blend it smooth (do not add water)

Take a bowl, put the all-purpose floor, add oil, kalonji, salt and mix it well. Now add spinach puree and knead a soft dough. Do not add water. Now cover it and keep it for 15 minutes. Again knead a little. Take a small portion and roll it thin. Make slits,take it out and join both ends. Press and seal both ends. Take one end and flip it from the center.

Now drop it in hot oil on low heat.fry it on low heat until crisp. Crispy spinach twisters are ready to serve.
