Cabbage
3 pcs.Red chili
3 pcs.Green chili

Clean & peel kale cut into pieces • cabbage = clean & cut hard part then thinly slice • soak kale & cabbage in ice water and place in chiller for keep crispy and cool when serve.

Make lime sauce Salad blend all ingredients below together

Clean and cut pork into pieces • mix well baking soda + water then add to pork • keep massage pork until absorb all water • and blanch pork in boiling water until cooker then remove • mix with Lime sauce and serve with crispy cool kale and cabbage 😋
