Take aloo and grate it make sure no lumps in it.

Take bowl add atta, suji, maida, salt sesame, blck jeera and 3 tbsp oil and mix well.

Now add grated aloo slowly to dough and start kneading it dough should be tight consistency. After kneading keep dough aside for 15 mint. Max sure not beyond 15 mint as it contain aloo and salt. Otherwise aloo strt leaving it's starch, so exctly 15 mint.

Aftr 15 mint mke dough in to half and make small ball and roll in the shape of small puri and prickle it with knife or fork.

Take a kadhai add oil for frying once oil get heated add mathri and fry in medium flame.
