Steps

In a blender add ginger, green chili, lots of coriander and 2 Tbs water. Make a paste.

In a pan add oil and put mustard seeds, zeera, cloves, black pepper, peanuts and roast a little.

Now add bay leaf and chopped onion. Make it soft. Then add green coriander paste in it. Cook it just 1 minute.

Now add boiled rice and mix.

Now add garam masala powder, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Now mix well and dish out it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
