Steps

Take 3 tbsp of oil in pan,add cinnamon stick,cardamom,cloves to pan and allow it to release aroma then add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds,1tsp of ginger and 1tsp of garlic.

Add 4 medium size onion(finely chopped) and saute it till nice and brown,add 1/2 tsp of turmeric,1/2 tsp of red chilli,1 tbsp of coriander powder.saute it

Add 2 tomato(medium size) to it,latter add water so that tomatoes are fully cooked

Portion the half of masala and keep it aside.

In a same pan with half portioned masala add marinated chicken and 2 chopped chillies and saute it for 5 min then cover cook on low heat till it's done

Take new pan and add 1tbsp of oil,add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds,1 tsp of ginger and 1 tsp of garlic.

Add diced onion and diced capsicum and saute for 1 min.Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric,1 tsp of red chili powder,1 tsp Cumin powder,1tsp coriander powder.saute for a min.

Add portioned onion tomato masala that was portioned in step 4 and add half cup cashew paste(40-50 cashews) and half cup water,mix it and add salt as required

Add this mixture(mixture made in step 8) to the chicken and mix well,add 1 tbsp garam masala,kasuri methi and 1 chopped chillis and cover cook for 5 min

Serve it hot
