Ingredients

15 minute
4 people
  • 1 bowlbasmati rice
  • 2onions long chopped
  • 50 gmsoyabean Khada masala
  • 2Bay leaf
  • as neededOil
  • 3-4Whole Black pepper
  • 2cardamom (elaichi)
  • 1 spooncumin seeds/ jeera
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1 tspKashmiri red chilli
  • 1 spoonlemon juice
  • As neededWater

Steps

15 minute
  1. 1

    Soak the rice in water for 20-25 mins.

  2. 2

    Take a pan and heat the oil in it.

  3. 3

    Put all the khadha masala in it and add onions to it.

  4. 4

    Fry it till it becomes red brown.

  5. 5

    Now add soyabean to it and stir well.

  6. 6

    Add rice and mix it well.
    Now add red chilli, salt and pepper to it.

  7. 7

    Now add water to cook it well. Add lemon juice as well.

  8. 8

    Finally cover it with a plate and once it is cooked serve it with coriander leaves decorated over it.

  9. 9

    Serve it with aloo ki sabzi or raita.
