Masaledaar Kaale Chaney
Learnt it from my MIL and it's so easy and delicious.
Steps

Boil overnight soaked black Chaney with haldi and salt

In a wok,add oil curry leaves and white cumin. Once it pops add garlic,fry and add onions.

Once onions are sautéed add tomatoes, haldi,chilli flakes and some water. Cook this until masala is nicely done.

Add boiled chholay,mix well and adjust salt. add chaat masala,green chillies and imli pulp and mix well.

Take out in a dish and garnish with coriander.
