Recreated Masterchef Neha's first recipe of No oven baking recipe series. Made pizza with wholewheat flour, without using yeast and without oven.

Recreated Masterchef Neha's first recipe of No oven baking recipe series. Made pizza with wholewheat flour, without using yeast and without oven.

Sieve the flour in a bowl. Now add baking powder, baking soda, salt and oil and mix it well. Slowly add yoghurt and prepare a soft dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, smooth the dough slightly by hand. Now divide it evenly. Put dry flour on the platform and roll out the dough. With the help of a fork, make a hole in the bread a little bit away.

Take a cauldron. Add about a cup of salt, place a cooker stand on top of it. Place a greased plate on top of the stand. Pre-heat the pan.

For the pizza base, put the roti that we had on the plate in a pan on a plate. Cover it and cook on a slow medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
When the baked pizza base is cooked, take it out in a plate. In this way prepare all the pizza bases. - 5
To make a pizza, first, take a pizza base. Apply butter well over it, spread one spoonful of pizza sauce on top of it. Be careful not to spread the pizza sauce to the side. Put capsicum, onion, cabbage over it.

Add a little salt from the top, and spread the cheese. Take a heavy griddle. Put this prepared pizza on it. Always cover it on low flame and cook till the cheese melts.

Take it out in a plate. Sprinkle origano and chili flakes over it. Take your instant dough pizza is ready.
