Take all the ingredients in a bowl except oil and water. Mix them nicely using your finger tips(moin). It should look like bread crumbs. Now sprinkle chilled water and make smooth and tight dough. Cover in a cling wrap and rest in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Now take a small portion and roll into circle. Cut the sides using a knife and make a square. Again with knife give slanting cuts. Roll and make the rest in same way.

Heat oil in a woman and when it's hot... Lower the flame and drop the Champakali to it. Fry on low flame until turns to crisp and nice light golden brown colour.
