  • 3large bananas
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp.Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp.Lemon juice
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 cupwalnuts chopped

  1. 1

    Preheat to 350. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. 2

    Place bananas, sugar, butter, eggs, buttermilk, lemon juice in blender. Blend. In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Pour banana mix into flour mixture and stir. Place in loaf pan.

  3. 3

    Bake for 55-65 min. Cool for 5 min.
