  • 1 cupweat atta
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2 tbssemolina
  • 1 pinchbacking powder
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tbsrose water
  • 2 dropskewra
  • 2_3 casar threads

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make fine dough and rolling spread ghee and again make dough and rolling and then cook ultra tawa and uply ghee properly
