Mix all the flour. Then add all the spices.

Also mix green chillies and coriander leaves.

Add oil and knead the dough with warm water.

Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes.

Mix paneer with chaat masala, salt and coriander leaves.

Roll the dough in a small circle. Place the paneer stuffing in the centre.

Close the dough and make a ball. Roll it to form a paratha.

Cook it using butter. Serve it with chutney or curd.
