Ingredients: 3 tbsp Bell peppers(green, yellow and red), finely chopped; 3 tbsp Tomato finely chopped; 3 tbsp Onion finely chopped; 3 tbsp Cucumber finely chopped; 1/2 tbsp Green chilli; 1/2 cup Tomato puree; 5 tbsp tomato ketchup; 1 tbsp Lemon juice; To taste Salt; 2-3 drops Capsico sauce; 1 tsp Red chilli powder; 1/2 tsp White pepper powder; 1 tbsp Powdered sugar (optional)

In a large bow, mix together bell peppers, tomato, onion, green chilli, tomato purée and coriander.

Add ketchup, lemon juice, salt, capsico sauce, red chilli powder and white pepper powder.

Refrigerate the salsa for at least an hour before serving.
