Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlChickpea
  2. As required Oil for fry
  3. As per taste Salt as per taste
  4. 1/2 spoonChaat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak chickpea over the night.

  2. 2

    Wash again and add salt and boil 50% means half boil or give a whistle in cooker.

  3. 3

    After boil dry them for 30 minutes in fan air.

  4. 4

    Fry them on high flame till they float in oil. Take out from the oil and add chat masala.

  5. 5

    Agra famous chole namkeen is ready.
