  • 1 canChickpea/garbenzo
  • 2Potatoes
  • 8-10Cherry tomatoes
  • Coriander as much as needed 😉
  • to tasteLemon
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and boil them

  2. 2

    In a big bowl put all the above ingredients including lemon salt and coriander
    Mix all of them!

  3. 3

    For garnishing slice two tomatoes !

    sprinkle some coriander and lemon again
