  1. For dough:
  2. 250 gramsMaida
  3. As required Oil
  4. As per taste Salt
  5. For For stuffing :-
  6. 2Potatoes
  7. 2Capsicums
  8. 2 tbspChopped Onion
  9. 1/2Carrots grated
  10. 1/2Cabbage
  11. 1/2Onion sliced
  12. As required Regular masala
  13. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  14. As per taste Paneer for tikki
  15. as required Oil/butter for shallow fry

    In a bowl take maida and oil salt make dough with water now keep aside. In anothor bowl add mash potato,paneer, salt,green chillies, adarkh,garam masala,and make tikki and shallow fry now from dough make roti and half roast on tava, now grate cabbage carrot and onion. Take 1 roti on plate then apply green chutney,sauce spread all over roti now put tikki on it.

    Add grated salad,paneer and fold roti then put on tava and shallow fry with butter, garnish with cheese and serve with tomato sauce green chutney.
