Coat chicken in melted butter and then both sides in breadcrumb mix and put in skillet and cover to speed up cook time

After chicken is cooked on both sides put aside.

Add sliced zucchini with butter salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook zucchini until tender. Turn off heat

Add chicken, toss together and serve immediately
