In a bowl, take chicken and add salt, g.g paste, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, chilli flakes, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, egg, corn flour and mix well

In a wok, heat oil, deep fry chicken and set aside

For gravy, heat oil in a pot, add garlic chopped fry for 2 min and add onion and capsicums and saute for 1 min

Add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and mix well

Add all fried chicken and mix well

Now add 1 cup water stir and add water and corn flour mix until gravy thickness

Dish out and serve with fried rice..
