Ingredients

4 - 6 servings
  1. 1large cauliflower
  2. 3 piecessun-dried tomato, chopped
  3. 0.5handful parsley, chopped
  4. 1red chili, chopped
  5. 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  6. 0.5 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  7. 0.5 tspsalt
  8. 60 gwhite onion soup mix powder
  9. 300 mlfull cream milk
  10. 100 ggrated cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 220°C.

    Cut the stalks off thecauliflower. Then separate the flowers and cut the big ones smaller. Put them into a medium, greased oven pan.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over it the cauliflower. Bake for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the cheese over and bake a further 10 minutes. Put the oven on grill for the last 3 minutes.
