Ingredients

30 mins
6 servings
  • 4 cupCauliflower
  • 1 tbspmilk
  • 10 ozcream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 2 tbspmelted butter/margarine
  • 1 cupcracker/bread crumbs

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil Cauliflower until crisp then put into casserole dish

  2. 2

    Mix milk, chicken soup, mayo, cheese and curry powder

  3. 3

    Pour mixture over Cauliflower in casserole dish

  4. 4

    Mix butter and cracker crumbs, sprinkle over top

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes makes 6 servings
