Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cuprice flour
  2. 1/4 cupcrispy flour
  3. 1 tbsp.Corn starch
  4. 1/2 tsp.Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp.Baking powder
  6. 1/2 cupcool water
  7. 2 pcs.Spring onion
  8. 1 clovegarlic
  9. 100 g.Scallop
  10. 100 g.Mussel
  11. 7 tbsp.Vegetable oil
  12. 1/2 tsp.Black pepper
  13. 1egg
  14. Bean sprout
  15. 1 tbsp.Fish sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients below to make batter • chopped spring onion and keep some for garnish and add in batter mix it well.

    Quick blanch Scallop & Mussel then remove in water until cool • Add scallop & mussel in batter •fried with high heat until crispy underneath • add egg and spread out then flip•fry until crispy • add garlic chopped and quick fried bean sprout + fish sauce = ready to serve

    Sauce mix sweet chili sauce + chili sauce + water mix well • Done 🥢
