Ingredients

  1. For outer layer....
  2. 2 bowlidli batter
  3. 2tsp Eno
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 3glass
  6. as requiredWater for steam
  7. 1 tspoil for greasing glass
  8. For stuffing..
  9. 2boiled potato
  10. 1chopped onion
  11. 1chopped green chilli
  12. 1capsicum chopped
  13. 1/2 cup boiled corn
  14. 1 tbschopped Coriander
  15. 1 tbsoil
  16. 1tsbpeera
  17. Pinchhing
  18. 1/2lemon juice
  19. For saute...
  20. 1 tbsoil
  21. 1 tbsprai
  22. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  23. 10curry leaves
  24. 1chilli chopped
  25. Pinchturmeric powder
  26. For mayonnaise dip...
  27. 1 tbstomato sauce
  28. 1 tbsmayonnaise
  29. For green chutney..
  30. 1 cupcoriander
  31. 1 cupmint leaves
  32. 1 tbsp jeera
  33. Pinchhing
  34. 1lemon juice
  35. 1 tsp sugar
  36. 1 tbsppeanuts

Cooking Instructions

    Take a nonstick pan add 1 tbs oil, jeera and hing than add chopped chili onion saute it for 1 minutes tahn add mashed boiled potato.

    Cook for 1 minutes than add all spices cook for 1 minutes than off the flame.. Add lemon juice.

    Now take idli batter add salt mix it.

    Put the steamer on gas with water. Grease the 3 glass with oil.

    Now add eno to the idli batter mix well in one direction.

    Make rolls with the stuffing.

    Pore 2 tbs batter in grease glass put 1 roll of stuffing inside straight than again pore batter on it to cover it properly.

    Prepare both the glass like this. Tham put glass in steamer to steam for 25 minutes for proper cook.

    Now cool them cut in circle shape.

    Now prepare tadka for saute, take a nonstick pan add oil rai green chilli curry leaves sesame seeds after cracked put the circles on tadka.. Saute it for a while.

    Now change the side of each stuff idli... After proper saute... The stuffed glass idli is ready to serve.

    For mayonnaise dip... Mix bot together.

  13. 13

    For green chutney.. Mix all ingredients in mixer grind it make smooth chutney.

    Serve it hot with green chutney and mayonnaise dip.
