Cooking Instructions

Beat all the ingredients except butter in a hand mixer.
- 2
Apply butter on all the sides of the mould.pour the cocoa mix into the buttered pudding mould.
- 3
Cover it with a lid or an aluminium foil.steam it in the double boiling system 20 min.
- 4
Remove from heat. Cool it and refrigerate it 15 min. Unmould it and decorate it with whipping cream.
