  1. 200 gmspaneer
  2. 200 gmstomato
  3. 100 gmsonion
  4. 1/3 cupchesew
  5. 1/2 cupfresh cream
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 7-8Garlic cloves
  8. 1bey leaf's
  9. 1 inchcinnamon
  10. 2green cardamoms
  11. 1black cardamom
  12. 3cloves
  13. 1/2 tbspkashmiri red chili powder
  14. 2 tbspoil
  15. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and cut tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic.

    Now take a pan add 1 tbsp oil heat them then a saute whole garam masalas for a second then add onion and saute also them for 2-3 second after then add tomatoes, cheese, salt and Kashmiri red chili powder in the pan and sauté then add 1/2 cup water in a pan and boil for 5-10 mins.

    Now let it cool down after then cooling grind and drain to the masala.

    Now heat the same pan add 1 tbsp oil heat it then add drain masala in the pan and cook the masala for 4-5 min.

    Cut paneer in square shape and add in masala mix it then add fresh cream in paneer and cook for 4-5 mins.

    In last add kasuri methi in shahi paneer.

  7. 7

    Shahi paneer is ready for the serve garnish with some fresh cream and kasuri methi and serve with kaccha pratha/naan.
