Because my children went chestnut picking and told me to make a pizza with the chestnuts.Because the oven temperature goes down when you open the door, the key is to preheat the oven to a rather high 250℃, then reduce it to 230℃ and bake it for 12 minutes (We have an electric oven. Adjust the temperature and cooking time if you have a gas oven). Recipe by pe:wa cookpad.japan -
Homemade Margherita Pizza Homemade Margherita Pizza
Margherita pizza was created in Naples in 1889 as a tribute to the Queen, by the pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito. The authentic Margherita pizza recipe uses only flour, water, salt, and fresh yeast. A good Margherita pizza should be soft and foldable when sliced, so you can easily fold it “like a wallet.” It should be thin enough to melt in your mouth. Homemade pizza can be cooked in many ways, but if you don’t have a wood-fired oven or a professional pizza oven, the method that comes closest to pizzeria-style pizza is to cook it first in a stone skillet and then finish it under the broiler, or even better, on a pizza stone or lava stone. Pizza Baked With Just Cake Flour & No Need for Rising Pizza Baked With Just Cake Flour & No Need for Rising
My kids had quite the appetite when they were in school, so I remade the pizza that I made for their breakfast and as a snack.Top it with red chili pepper or Tabasco sauce when you don't have sweet chili sauce.Increase the amount of water as needed from 50 ml.When it's sticky, it will become a little easier to handle if you add a small amount of flour. The rest time is when you roll up the dough and let it sit while preparing the sauce. It easily burns on the grill, so please cook it while keeping an eye on it. If baking in the oven, do so at 200°C for 15~20 minutes. Recipe by cafe-cafe cookpad.japan -

Top Pan Pizza Top Pan Pizza
You can't make a great pizza at home without a perfect, crispy crust. This recipe (technique actually) shows how to achieve that!"Top Pan Pizza" was an Italian restaurant on Central Avenue in Phoenix where I had a second job 40+ years ago. (Yes, I'm very old.) Their pizza was incredible, and they frequently were voted "Best in Phoenix". Their secret was how it was cooked to achieve a perfect crispy crust, and I'm sharing that secret here. Maggie Conlon -

Mac & Cheese Pizza Mac & Cheese Pizza
Take one. I took two of my middle son favorite foods and combined them, I seen so many pizzas with Mac and cheese online this is my first attempt at this. ( use a good pizza dough I had some leftover that was store bought , I do have a pizza dough recipe on here somewhere that’s great if you have the time to make it.) but this was a hit, the bonus shrimp was amazing on this. I used a extra sharp cheddar cheese.. ( some weird things I make lol! ) 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

American Pizza with Basil Pesto American Pizza with Basil Pesto
I made some pesto from fresh spring basil I harvested from my garden, and topped it on my favorite pizza.Feel free to use any variety of cheese that you like.Don't cook the tomato sauce before spreading it on the pizza, so that it maintains a tangy, slightly acidic taste. As the flavor of the canned tomatoes plays an important role in this pizza, use high-quality whole ones if possible.Heating the pan when pre-heating the oven ensures a plump, evenly-baked crust.
