Ingredients

  1. chicken half kg
  2. 1 cupcoriander chopped
  3. green chilli 2 big
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. kutti mirch half tsp
  7. 1 tspblack pepper
  8. 1 tspwhite pepper
  9. 1 tspchicken powder
  10. 1 cupoil
  11. onion 2 chopped
  12. 1.5 cupyogurt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First fry onion in oil in a pan cook till soft

  2. 2

    Take it out in a grander add soft onion 2 green chilli and coriander and yogurt grand it completely

  3. 3

    In the same oil add fry chicken and take it out

  4. 4

    In same oil add ginger garlic paste fry well add all spices in it cook until oil left

  5. 5

    Add chicken in it cook it in a slow flame till oil left

  6. 6

    If chicken is not tender add some water and cook it in a low flame till oil left

  7. 7

    Serve with ginger chopped and coriander and green chilli chopped
