This chutney is famous in Rajasthan.Always eat woth paratha,kachori,samosa and vada.Stored for 2 months easily in fridge or put side.

This chutney is famous in Rajasthan.Always eat woth paratha,kachori,samosa and vada.Stored for 2 months easily in fridge or put side.
Steps

Roast the dried chili in mustard oil.Till it changes the color only.Then take out in a plate.

Now roast the garlic.After 5 minute add ginger,cumin and tamarind in it.Roast till half cooked.

Now cool down.Grind all in a jar with oil.No need of water.Grind a fine paste.Keep in air tight container for 2 months.Enjoy the spicy red chili garlic chutney with samosa and kachori.
