Ingredients

  1. 8 oz@barillaus veggie rotini
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  3. 1red bell pepper; diced
  4. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  5. 2 tablespoons@bobsredmill almond flour
  6. 1& 1/2 cups milk
  7. 3 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
  8. 3@tysonchicken___ chicken breasts
  9. 1 tbsp@hidden.valley ranch seasoning powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add pasta then enough water to cover ½ inch above the top of the pasta and pressure cook high for 2-4 minutes. (4-6 minutes for Instapot) then quick release. Drain and store pasta for later.

    Add 2 cups water then the chicken breast. Pressure cook high for 8-10 minutes then quick release. Drain and shred chicken. Set aside for later

    Add butter, garlic and diced peppers then select sear sauté high and cook for 2-4 minutes. Stir frequently

    Add flour, ranch seasoning and milk and cook for 4-6 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted.

    Add cooked pasta and shredded chicken then stir to combine

  6. 6

    Serve
