Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  • 2boiled potato
  • 1 cupbread crumbs
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 cupprocess cheese
  • Pinchchilli flakes
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

25 minutes

    Remove the skin and mesh the boiled potatoes.

  2. 2

    Mix salt, half the amount of breadcrumbs and half the amount of processed cheese into and combine well.

  3. 3

    From remaining half of the cheese, make small pieces.

  4. 4

    Make balls of prepared mixture or you can give cylindrical shape. Keep one small piece of cheese inbetween while rolling it.

  5. 5

    Coat it in breadcrumbs and refrigerate it for some 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Deep fry it in hot oil until golden and crisp from outside.

  7. 7

    Serve it with tomato sauce.
