In a mixer jar add desi ghee and some ice cubes mix 5 minutes until smooth and fluffy

Now add refined flour and gram flour with some interval with milk and chilled water

Make smooth batter add lemon juice and pour batter into a ketchup bottle

In a kadai add ghee when hot pour batter 1 scoop after some interval pour batter again like this process pour batter approximately 10 times

When all batter crispy golden brown remove on a net so that extra ghee remove from it

For sugar syrup in a pan add sugar and water and make 1 string chasni add kaser strands and cardamom powder

When cool pour sugar syrup on ghevar

For rabri in a heavy bottom pan add milk stir continuously until thick now off the flame when cool apply on ghevar garnish with chopped dry fruit and rose petals and serve
