Ingredients

  1. 1brinjal cut into round slices
  2. 1/2 cupgram flour
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper Powder
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. As neededwater
  7. As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil for frying.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add gram flour.then add all spices.

  3. 3

    Add needed water and make batter.

  4. 4

    Dip brinjal pieces into the batter and deep fry in hot oil.

  5. 5

    Fry till crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
