1brinjal cut into round slices
1/2 cupgram flour
to tastesalt
1/4 tspblack pepper Powder
1/4 tspred chilli powder
As neededwater
As neededoil for frying

Heat oil for frying.

In a bowl add gram flour.then add all spices.

Add needed water and make batter.

Dip brinjal pieces into the batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Fry till crispy.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
