Steps
- 1
For the base, crush 16 digestives and add melted butter to set base in baking dish and refrigerate for an hour.
- 2
Slice bananas and layer on base.
- 3
Add 2 tbsp butter to pan at medium heat and once melted, add condensed milk then golden syrup. Don't allow to burn so keep stirring at low/medium heat until desired consistency. Allow to cool slightly then spread over bananas and allow to cool before refrigerating for another 1-2 hours.
- 4
Whip up whipped or double cream with 2 tbsp sugar and spread over bananas. Sprinkle crumbled flake over the top.
