So, I ventured out with my kids and my nieces to the sea front and had some refreshing mocktails with the girls. But, they were £7.50 each, and I felt that they were rather pricey. But then again, I gathered that I was probably paying for the view and the service. I then decided to make these myself at home for a fraction of the price. With the added shot of Grey Goose that my brother in-law gifted me. Leave out the vodka for alcohol free option. If you do not like it too sweet, leave out the sugar. Enjoy....

1 shotGrey Goose Vodka
1 tspsugar
Handfulmint leaves
1/2a lemon, cut into piece
Sprite
Handfulice

In a glass, muddle the mint, lemons and sugar.

Add the ice and pour over the vodka and stir.

Whilst stirring, top the glass up with sprite.

Garnish with sprig of mint or a lemon wedge.
