18-20medium Potatoes
2large Onions
BunchCoriander
1 tspTurmeric
1/2 cupTomato sauce
1Capsicum

45 minutes

Peel your potatoes and wash them well

Cut them into slices and deep fry till well cooked

Fry onions in another pan till brown, add your potatoes and stir, then add salt to taste and tomato sauce.

Garnish with coriander and capsicum

Serve with your favourite kachumbari or sauce
