Wash the Flakes in water and soak for 10 minutes. In a vessel add 1/4kg jaggery and pour water till jaggery dissolves. After filtering the jaggery pour it in pan, heat it well. After heating, add cardamom powder, pinch of edible camphor, 1 and 1/2tbsp pottukadalai and mix it well.

Now filter the soaked flakes in the pan. Cook in low fame. Roast 10 cashews with 1 tbsp ghee in a separate kadai. And then add it in the flakes mixture. Stir it well for 5 minutes till it comes to pasty consistency and switch off the flame.

Now our Super traditional Flakes Kesari is Ready to serve.
