    For the filling: Oil in a pan, add ginger/garlic paste, add onion and sauté, add scotch bonnet and mincemeat, add seasoning, curry and spices then add carrot and cook for some minutes, add parsley and green peppe.

    Add flour in a bowl, and salt, add water to make a soft dough, allow to rest for 5 mins.

    Roll on a rolling board and cut in rectangular shape, devide it into 2, place one on top of the other and place the fillings on the center, cover it vertically with the dough, cut the remaining 2 sides in strip and make the shape

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry
