Stuff Kankoda

Wash and just lightly remove skin of kankoda. Make cuts from side or in middle.

Stuffing:- Heat 1tsp. Oil add cumin seeds crackle and roast besan on bhi. Slow flame turn off flame. Add all masala. Salt and chopped coriander. Mix well.

Now stuff masala in kankoda.Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and place all kankoda stir and cover cook on slow flame for 5min. Open the lid stir add 1/4cup water stir again cover and cook for 7-8 mins.

Check and serve in a plate. Tasty stuff Kankoda is ready to serve.
