Steps

Take a bowl for mixing,add besan and water and mix it. Then add water if needed. It should be free flowing and smooth consistency without lumps. Add food colour also.

Take a thick bottom kadhai add sugar and water and dissolved it. Mix it allow it to boil till 1 string consistency.

Now turn off the gas and let it gets cool down.

For boondi, Add oil in a heavy bottom kadhai. Take small holes perforated spoon and pour prepared besan batter. Slowly tap with the help of the spoon. Keep ladle far from oil to get perfect round shape.

Do not over crowd boondis into oil. Once it gets crisp and fry take it in a kitchen tissue paper. Do not stirr more.

Once sugar syrup cools lightly pour over boondi and mix it and if sugar syrup has cool down again turn on the flame and cook all mixture for 3 minutes. Boondi with sugar syrup add dry fruits in it. Add cardamom powder also. And mix it.

Mix well with the help of spoon. Once mixture is little warm prepare ladoo.

Once done store it in a air tight container and enjoy..
