Lasagna!! Easy, budget-friendly, delicious, and of course...KETO-FRIENDLY

The dough I used is the one I posted yesterday, and I cut it with scissors to fit the baking dish. The ricotta is homemade, and so is the tomato sauce (just enough to keep the carbs low). It's delicious and super light.

Steps
- 1
Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish and line with a layer of crepe sheets (cut them with scissors to fit!).
- 2
Add a layer of cooked ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper (I skip onions because my daughter doesn't eat them).
- 3
Add a layer of mozzarella or fresh cheese, then cooked ham, another layer of crepe sheets, and then the ricotta mixed with the egg and 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
- 4
Add another layer of crepe sheets, the remaining mozzarella or fresh cheese, the rest of the tomato sauce, the heavy cream, and the remaining grated cheese.
- 5
Bake at medium heat for 20 minutes, and it's ready.
